Some responses are generated with artificial intelligence. Important transaction, legal, financial, or account decisions should be independently reviewed before action is taken.

We share information only as needed with SymCRG personnel, your authorized brokerage team, and service providers that operate our communications, hosting, database, security, analytics, and AI systems. Those providers process information for us under their applicable terms.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Retention may vary by record type and client relationship.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may stop WhatsApp messages at any time by sending STOP. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some records may be retained where required or permitted by law.
